Modern Trade Account Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for designated Modern Trade clients regarding operational and order-related inquiries.

• Oversee the complete order processing cycle, including tracking and fulfillment, to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer teams to address order, stock, and service-related challenges.

• Work alongside Account Managers to assist with joint business strategies, promotions, product launches, and customer needs.

• Keep track of order status, inventory levels, and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Enhance communication between customers, distributors, and internal departments.

• Monitor and resolve customer claims, deductions, and issues related to invoices.

• Generate and maintain reports on orders, sales performance, service levels, and account health.

• Assist with customer reviews, business meetings, and performance monitoring efforts.

• Promote ongoing enhancements in customer service, order management, and operational effectiveness.
