This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and cultivate robust, enduring, and collaborative relationships with them.
• Comprehend the pertinent business agreements with clients and ensure adherence to them.
• Create and execute tailored customer strategies for product, color, and service needs.
• Articulate the value and advantages of Axalta’s products, colors, and services.
• Assess client requirements and strategically utilize internal resources.
• Communicate systematically, perform regular customer visits, and maintain thorough documentation within Salesforce (SFDC).
• Address issues and offer guidance on process enhancements.
• Contribute to regional team goals concerning revenue, profitability, customer retention, and sales management.
• Support standard operating procedures (SOPs) and advocate for Axalta training initiatives and local performance groups.
• Lead and coordinate paint conversion initiatives and engage the necessary sales resources.
• Maintain and refresh customer and contact information in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Leverage SharePoint, Pitcher, Salesforce, and MS Office to boost productivity and enhance communication.
• Several years of professional sales experience, ideally in automotive refinishing, demonstrating a solid track record in customer service and account management.
• Completed training as an automotive refinishing technician, a master craftsman qualification, a bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong understanding of collision repair, commercial transportation, industrial applications, and fundamental sales principles.
• Good familiarity with Axalta's core product lines and the body shop sector.
• Excellent ability to identify customer needs, respond promptly, and resolve issues through collaborative solutions.
• High degree of self-discipline and accountability in an independent work setting.
• Professional demeanor across all organizational levels and awareness of how one’s actions impact the customer.
• Team-oriented mindset with active support for regional sales efforts to meet shared objectives.
• Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent IT skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively (at least 70% of working hours).
