This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategically guide mobilization initiatives throughout Aramark Nexus's operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new business ventures.
• Act as an operational authority for field teams and a technical advisor on essential programs and processes.
• Lead the activation of accounts and facilitate project plans for new accounts, including onsite implementation visits.
• Oversee implementation pathways and transitions for account activation.
• Create and manage customized mobilization plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional groups, strategic partners, and industry consultants.
• Track risks to schedules, budgets, and mobilization activities.
• Navigate complex, multi-tiered processes under time constraints.
• Evaluate program performance and enhance ROI by analyzing process efficiency and expenditures.
• Manage implementation processes, improvement teams, and stakeholder engagement.
• Generate and present reports on progress, risks, opportunities, and overall effectiveness.
• Document changes in processes and programs while providing leadership for continuous improvement.
• Conduct research and develop insights to guide business decisions.
• Identify, address, and escalate issues while adjusting mobilization plans as necessary.
• Confirm plan execution and outcomes align with client and Nexus expectations.
• Foster trust and build relationships with operators and clients.
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority to facilitate buy-in.
• Communicate information, implications, and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Utilize subject-matter experts to expedite tasks effectively.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the business unit and client.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in client relationship management, business performance oversight, sales strategy, meeting tight deadlines, and engaging with all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to transition strategy from concept to operational execution.
• Previous experience in large-scale operations.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, multitasking, and prioritization.
• Proficient in analytical, statistical, and conceptual problem-solving.
• Capability to convert raw data and analytical findings into clear written and verbal communication.
• A creative, flexible, adaptive, and facilitative approach to project and change management.
• Leadership qualities, perseverance, assertiveness, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Results-driven self-starter with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in managing people without formal authority.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Skilled in navigating and mediating conflict while promoting open dialogue.
• Ability to establish credibility, build consensus, and present ideas logically and assertively.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with program/project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI, or Monday.com is a significant advantage.
