📋 Description

• Lead the global vision, strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Revenue Readiness.

• Provide guidance to GTM executives regarding organizational readiness, capability requirements, investment priorities, and potential business-change risks.

• Manage the Revenue Readiness portfolio, encompassing priorities, sequencing, capacity, and resource distribution.

• Create a robust readiness infrastructure that includes program intake, prioritization, learning governance, delivery standards, reinforcement, content lifecycle management, platform administration, and measurement.

• Develop a readiness architecture that spans new-hire onboarding, role-specific ramp-up, frontline manager readiness, significant business changes, and continuous development.

• Convert business requirements, performance deficiencies, product launches, system modifications, and go-to-market expectations into structured readiness initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales Ops Business Partners to identify necessary capabilities, behaviors, and preparedness metrics.

• Establish accountability within Revenue Readiness, Sales Ops Business Partners, Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, GTM Systems, Technical Sales, and subject matter experts.

• Coordinate company-wide readiness initiatives and align senior stakeholders on objectives, responsibilities, timelines, reinforcement, and success metrics.

• Oversee the operational integrity of the learning ecosystem, which includes the LMS, learning calendars, program documentation, learner communications, reporting, and content standards.

• Create readiness programs for MEDDPICC, Digital Sales Rooms, Mutual Action Plans, and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Define readiness metrics encompassing participation, preparedness, competency, adoption, and behavior modification.

• Build, lead, and develop the Revenue Readiness team, establishing its structure, capabilities, role clarity, operational rhythms, and performance expectations.

• Represent Revenue Readiness in high-level GTM planning and decision-making processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue readiness, sales enablement, learning operations, sales effectiveness, or related go-to-market roles.

• 5+ years of experience in leading teams or major functional programs.

• Proven experience managing a revenue readiness, enablement, or sales effectiveness function within a scaling B2B SaaS organization.

• History of developing or significantly enhancing strategy, team dynamics, infrastructure, and operating models.

• Experience in influencing senior executives and shaping cross-functional priorities.

• Skilled in making investment and resource tradeoffs among competing business demands.

• Knowledge of organizational readiness, team preparedness, reinforcement, and sustained change practices.

• Experience in designing scalable systems for program intake, prioritization, learning operations, onboarding, reinforcement, content governance, and readiness measurement.

• Strong cross-functional operating abilities among business leaders, operational partners, systems teams, and subject matter experts.

• Capability to define clear roles and decision-making rights across Revenue Readiness, Sales Ops Business Partners, Sales Leaders, Product Marketing, GTM Systems, Technical Sales, and other stakeholders.

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales across various roles, segments, motions, and complexity levels.

• Understanding of the frontline manager's role in coaching, reinforcement, inspection, and accountability processes.

• Proficient in guiding teams and senior stakeholders through organizational changes.

• Ability to leverage data and judgment to assess preparedness, identify readiness risks, enhance programs, and communicate resource tradeoffs.

• Ability to orchestrate multi-step AI workflows and reusable systems.

• Capability to apply sound judgment to AI-generated outputs.
