Mobility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist low-income families and individuals in discovering practical transportation solutions that facilitate employment and childcare needs.

• Offer case management and personalized support to determine transportation options associated with employment and childcare.

• Oversee vehicle repair, vehicle loan, and vehicle donation services, including assessing eligibility, tracking loans, and monitoring repayments.

• Conduct interviews with customers and evaluate available resources and job readiness.

• Aid individuals in examining practical options that support their personal, financial, and employment aspirations.

• Provide education on transportation, budgeting, and financial literacy.

• Complete necessary participant data and reporting for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

• Establish partnerships with employers, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations.

• Enhance and develop transportation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Wisconsin.

• Associate degree with two years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to work one-on-one with individuals to identify barriers, explore options, and formulate practical solutions while ensuring confidentiality.

• Skilled in forming effective partnerships with businesses, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations.

• Proficient in delivering presentations or facilitating discussions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and database systems.

• Accurate typing skills of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
