Mobility Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Assist low-income families and individuals in discovering practical transportation solutions that support employment and childcare needs.

• Deliver case management and tailored support.

• Oversee vehicle repair, vehicle loan, and vehicle donation programs, including eligibility assessment, loan tracking, and repayment monitoring.

• Conduct interviews with customers to assess available resources and job readiness.

• Guide individuals in exploring practical options that support personal, financial, and employment objectives.

• Offer education on transportation, budgeting, and financial literacy.

• Complete necessary participant data and reporting for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

• Foster partnerships with employers, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations.

• Enhance and develop transportation solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Wisconsin.

• An associate degree with two years of relevant work experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work individually with clients to identify barriers, explore options, and develop effective solutions while ensuring confidentiality.

• Proficient in building successful partnerships with businesses, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations.

• Competence in delivering presentations or leading discussions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and database management systems.

• Accurate and efficient typing skills of a minimum of 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
