Mobile UA Manager – Facebook, Tik Tok

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Initiate and enhance campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok.

• Analyze and report on advertising campaigns.

• Perform project and audience analytics utilizing AppsFlyer, internal business intelligence, and other tools.

• Expand channels without increasing CPA while improving ROI, expected income, and other vital metrics.

• Experiment with new targeting strategies and ad formats, including web2app.

• Evaluate creatives, collaborate with the Creative Team, and discover scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Meta and TikTok.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with campaign automation through API, autorules, and Claude.

• Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experienced user of AppsFlyer.

• Understanding of scaling strategies and creative testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Native Russian speaker.
