Mobile Software Engineer – Quality Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to AI-driven agents that automate repetitive testing tasks and deliver intelligent feedback to developers on iOS and Android platforms.

• Develop and maintain high-scale platforms and testing environments utilized by iOS and Android engineering teams.

• Implement mobile design patterns and modularity to enhance testability and fault tolerance across native codebases.

• Ensure that automated systems are both efficient and dependable, applying data-driven insights to optimize the CI/CD lifecycle.

• Design and maintain core testing frameworks in Swift and Kotlin.

• Integrate LLM-powered solutions for autonomous test discovery and intelligent orchestration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional mobile teams to eliminate bottlenecks and incorporate quality early in the development process.

• Scale distributed testing systems to minimize build latency for both iOS and Android.

• Prototype next-generation software quality tools in partnership with Research and Data Science teams.

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to the Quality Guild.

⛳️ Requirements

• Up to 4+ years of professional mobile development experience in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment.

• Proficient knowledge of both Kotlin/Android SDK and Swift/iOS SDK.

• Experience with modern build tools such as Gradle and Xcode.

• Proven experience in building or extending test automation frameworks, including Espresso, Compose Test, or XCUITest.

• Familiarity with mobile infrastructure.

• A strong passion for creating tools and SDKs that benefit other engineers and enhance developer experience across platforms.

• Eagerness to learn and apply AI/LLMs to engineering and quality challenges.

• Capability to navigate complex codebases and take ownership of features or components from implementation through to deployment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse technical and product teams.
