• Enhance the mortgage business by obtaining referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other influential networks.

• Establish and cultivate a customer base.

• Engage in sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

• Participate in targeted sales training programs to enhance sales techniques and credit knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint sales meetings.

• Attend monthly coaching sessions for continuous improvement.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the sales channel.

• Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance.

• Highly driven self-starter with outstanding sales capabilities.

• Proven experience in developing new business within a dynamic and competitive market.

• Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication.

• Post-secondary education is preferred.

• Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage.
