• Cultivate mortgage sales and expand the customer base.

• Aim for referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other influential networks.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships.

• Enhance sales skills and credit knowledge through focused training opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager on joint sales initiatives.

• Engage in monthly coaching sessions for professional growth.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the sales channel.

• Develop an individual business leveraging TD’s brand identity.

• Assist TD customers by offering mortgage products and services.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication is advantageous.

• Preferred post-secondary education.

• Ability to comply with provincial employment regulations in Canada.
