• Expand the mortgage business by seeking referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts.

• Establish and sustain a customer base while generating new business opportunities.

• Collaborate on sales calls alongside the Sales Manager.

• Engage in monthly coaching sessions for professional development.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the sales channel.

• Develop a business leveraging TD’s reputable brand.

• Complete specialized sales training to enhance sales techniques and credit knowledge.

• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.

• Highly driven self-starter with outstanding sales abilities.

• Independent and self-directed professional.

• Experience in cultivating new business within a dynamic and competitive market.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication processes.

• Post-secondary education is preferred.
