Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Cultivate mortgage business through referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other key influencers.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships.

• Develop and oversee a client portfolio.

• Execute mortgage development and sales strategies.

• Utilize TD’s sales management platform.

• Engage in focused sales training to enhance sales capabilities and credit expertise.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint sales presentations.

• Attend monthly coaching sessions.

• Create an independent business leveraging TD’s brand.

• Assist customers through TD Canada Trust’s personal and small business banking services.

• Experience in generating new business in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred.

• Must comply with provincial regulations for employment purposes.

• Ability to work in accordance with applicable Canadian provincial or territorial requirements.
