• Expand the mortgage business by generating referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential networks.

• Foster and sustain relationships with customers.

• Develop and oversee a clientele utilizing TD's brand identity.

• Engage in sales activities and initiatives focused on business development.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the mobile mortgage sales sector.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager for joint sales meetings.

• Take part in monthly coaching sessions.

• Complete specific sales training aimed at enhancing sales techniques and credit knowledge.

• Integrate seamlessly into TD's employee-centric corporate culture and team environment.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred.

• Proficiency in Italian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Cantonese, German, or Polish is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must comply with the relevant provincial or territorial employment regulations in Canada.
