Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage business by seeking referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other influential sources.

• Establish and nurture a client base while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Employ a proactive and strategic approach to business growth.

• Engage in targeted sales training to enhance sales abilities and credit knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on joint sales initiatives and participate in monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize the sales management system tailored for the sales channel.

• Develop an independent business leveraging TD’s brand.

• Maintain flexibility in work while ensuring a proper work-life balance.

• Demonstrated history of successful sales performance.

• Self-motivated individual with outstanding sales capabilities.

• Independent and self-directed professional.

• Experience in cultivating new business in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management abilities.

• Understanding of retail banking and/or credit assessment processes.

• Post-secondary education is preferred.

• Must adhere to relevant provincial or territorial employment regulations in Canada.
