This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Expand mortgage business by acquiring referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential sources.

• Foster and sustain customer relationships.

• Establish a customer base through a strategic and proactive approach.

• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.

• Experience in developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.

• Preferred knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.

• Post-secondary education is preferred.

• For Quebec: proficiency in a language other than French to provide support or interact with clients needing services in a language other than French.
