• Expand TD Canada Trust’s clientele through lending products secured by real estate.

• Foster business relationships alongside the Mortgage Specialist team.

• Approach mortgage brokers, homebuilders, financial planners, and other influential contacts to drive referrals.

• Structure your work schedule to achieve an optimal work-life balance.

• Enhance your sales abilities and credit knowledge through targeted sales-focused training.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize a sales management system designed to facilitate success within the sales channel.

• Familiarity with retail banking or the credit approval process is preferred.

• Postsecondary education is an asset.

• Proficiency in a language other than French to assist customers requiring services in that language.
