Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage business and enhance the customer base

• Seek referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts

• Enhance sales skills and credit knowledge through specialized sales training

• Collaborate closely with the Senior District Sales Manager

• Conduct joint sales visits

• Engage in monthly coaching sessions

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the sales channel

• Establish a personal business leveraging TD's brand

• Foster and sustain customer relationships

• Deliver mobile mortgage sales services for personal and small business banking clients

• Demonstrated sales success

• Excellent communication abilities in Asian languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian dialects

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages is highly encouraged

• Strong aptitude for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to building a customer base

• Self-motivated with outstanding quality sales abilities

• Independent, self-directed professional

• Thrives in developing new business within a dynamic and competitive market

• Superior interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills

• Knowledgeable in retail banking and/or credit adjudication

• Preference for candidates with post-secondary education
