Mobile Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop robust, testable, and scalable code that enhances mobile gaming experiences.

• Oversee the entire development process from sprint planning to deployment.

• Ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams and product stakeholders.

• Organize and optimize release processes for various mobile applications utilizing shared codebases.

• Guide and motivate the engineering team.

• Promote technical excellence and a culture of continuous learning.

• Implement AI agents and automation tools to refine code reviews and developer workflows.

• Actively manage technical debt.

• Shape the long-term architectural vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV.

• In-depth knowledge of monorepo architectures and building applications from the ground up.

• Significant experience with third-party integrations, including external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways.

• Proficient in creating seamless animations using React Native Reanimated.

• Practical experience with push notifications, deep links, and universal links.

• Results-driven mindset with a keen eye for UI/UX details.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience in writing unit tests is advantageous.

• Native development experience with Java/Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift is a plus.

• Familiarity with web development, especially using Next.js, is a plus.

• Experience in setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines or Fastlane is a plus.
