This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization and external vendors to gain insights into business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and cross-departmental meetings.
• Convert business goals into mobile requirements, user stories, business rules, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and measurable success indicators.
• Document existing workflows, user journeys, business processes, and system interactions for both current and future states.
• Analyze and document impacts, assumptions, risks, dependencies, edge cases, and operational considerations.
• Assist in delivering mobile features that enhance guest engagement, satisfaction, convenience, and loyalty.
• Work in partnership with UX, Product, and Mobile Development teams.
• Identify areas for enhancing mobile conversion, retention, app engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Support improvements for Cracker Barrel Rewards, loyalty engagement, reward redemption, promotional campaigns, bonus offers, and customer account experiences.
• Define and document requirements for personalized digital experiences.
• Collaborate with QA and business stakeholders to establish test scenarios, review test coverage, support UAT, prioritize defects, clarify requirements, and assist with go/no-go recommendations.
• Aid in release readiness, encompassing requirements coverage, stakeholder alignment, UAT preparedness, business process impacts, communications, training needs, and support considerations.
• Assist in post-launch validation against agreed-upon success criteria and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, including meeting notes, decision logs, process flows, requirement summaries, readiness materials, and support handoffs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar role supporting web, digital, customer experience, ecommerce, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile/Scrum certification, Product Owner certification, or similar certification is preferred but not mandatory.
