Mobile App Head of Growth, Monetization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for growth and monetization initiatives, overseeing everything from strategy development to execution utilizing AI agents and automated workflows.

• Create scalable, AI-driven campaigns focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling.

• Establish measurable goals for campaigns and track ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics in real-time through AI technologies.

• Enhance campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys by leveraging AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation.

• Ensure consistent implementation across all marketing channels, utilizing AI for messaging, creative content, and delivery at scale.

• Evaluate user behavior, market trends, and competitor tactics with AI to uncover new opportunities.

• Spearhead process enhancements to ensure that growth operations are efficient, repeatable, and automated.

• Partner with product, marketing, and design teams to introduce high-impact features.

• Determine areas where AI can function autonomously versus where human supervision is necessary.

• Clearly document strategies, systems, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth, monetization, or serving as a CMO/marketing lead, utilizing AI to achieve tangible results.

• A minimum of 4 years in a similar business context.

• Experience in app development and performance marketing is advantageous.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools, including LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.

• Strong analytical capabilities in pricing, conversion optimization, and campaign management focused on ROI.

• Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• A passion for measurable results and well-defined KPIs.

• Prefer working autonomously and taking full ownership of results.

• Skilled in building AI systems that effectively implement growth strategies with precision and foresight.

• Enjoy prioritizing actions that yield maximum impact.

• Capable of creating order from complexity and defining processes when necessary.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Proficiency in German or Russian is a plus.
