Mobile App Head of Growth – Monetization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume complete accountability for growth and monetization efforts, overseeing everything from strategy development to execution, leveraging AI agents and automated workflows.

• Create scalable campaigns focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling, all driven by AI technology.

• Establish clear and measurable objectives while utilizing AI to track ROI, KPIs, and performance metrics in real time.

• Enhance campaigns, pricing models, and user experiences through AI-driven analytics and automated testing.

• Ensure uniform execution across various marketing channels, with AI managing messaging, creative content, and delivery at scale.

• Examine user behavior, market dynamics, and competitor tactics using AI to identify new opportunities.

• Spearhead process enhancements to streamline growth operations, ensuring they are efficient, reproducible, and automated.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to roll out impactful features.

• Determine where AI can operate independently and where human supervision is necessary.

• Clearly document strategies, systems, and results to maintain transparency and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in growth, monetization, or serving as a CMO/marketing leader, utilizing AI to achieve results.

• Minimum of 4 years in a similar business setting.

• Experience in app development and performance marketing is advantageous.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools, including LLMs, marketing automation, agentic workflows, and prompt design.

• Strong analytical abilities in pricing, conversion optimization, and ROI-centric campaign management.

• Experience in planning, executing, and refining multi-channel marketing strategies.

• Passionate about achieving measurable results and meeting clear KPIs.

• Prefer working autonomously and taking charge of outcomes.

• Excel at developing AI systems that effectively implement growth strategies with precision and foresight.

• Enjoy prioritizing tasks that yield the greatest impact.

• Capable of bringing order to complexity and establishing processes as needed.

• Favor action-oriented approaches over bureaucratic procedures.

• Communicate proficiently in English.

• Proficiency in German or Russian is a plus.
