This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and develop high-speed interfaces and analog circuits capable of operating at data rates of 25Gbps and above, from initial concept to silicon characterization.

• Specify circuit requirements and complete the design process, including schematic, layout, verification, and characterization.

• Perform schematic design utilizing deep-submicron CMOS technologies with tools such as Spectre, Hspice, or similar.

• Take ownership of architecture, transistor design, and verification using industry-standard EDA software, including Cadence Virtuoso.

• Enhance circuit performance to align with system specifications.

• Collaborate closely with layout engineers to provide detailed floorplans and guidance for matching and high-speed routing.

• Assist with post-silicon bring-up and debugging processes.

• Develop next-generation NVLINK technology for various product lines, including consumer graphics, autonomous vehicles, and artificial intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a robust background in analog design (or equivalent experience).

• Previous experience in analog design is essential.

• Experience in CMOS Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design within deep sub-micron processes, particularly with FINFET technology.

• Familiarity with design and verification tools, including Cadence's IC design environment and analog circuit simulation tools like Spectre, HSpice, Finesim, and XA.

• Proven ability in creating test bench environments for both component-level and top-level circuit verification.

• Experience in behavioral modeling of both analog and digital circuits.

• Strong debugging and analytical capabilities are required.

• Proficient in analog simulation for noise analysis, loop stability, AC/DC/transient analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, etc.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to collaborate effectively as a team player are significant assets.
