This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gain insights into their specific challenges and advocate for their needs while influencing product development with the Rune engineering team.
• Partner with engineering, product, business development, and executive teams to foster customer success.
• Grasp customer issues and complex technical solutions in a diverse, high-responsibility role.
• Assist in the deployment of Rune software for testing, evaluation, and operational application at government facilities and military sites.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure the product aligns with user requirements and delivers tangible operational benefits.
• Identify pertinent datasets by engaging with customer challenges and workflows, collaborating with engineers to incorporate data into product delivery.
• Link Rune’s engineering and product teams with military partners while fulfilling contracted obligations.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in logistics or sustainment roles within the U.S. military is preferred.
• Outstanding organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, team members, and senior leadership.
• Capability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and growth.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% to support program goals and customer interactions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
• Residing in the Seattle area or willing to relocate to the Seattle area.
• An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is requested on the application form.
