This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture relationships with mission heroes to guarantee satisfaction and alignment with mission objectives.
• Ensure minimum revenue retention by proactively addressing customer requirements, swiftly resolving issues, and promoting engagement.
• Facilitate a positive onboarding experience and accelerate time-to-value for new clients.
• Advocate for the adoption of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions.
• Conduct retrospectives after achieving time-to-value and implement learned lessons.
• Act as a trusted advisor and champion for customer solutions.
• Monitor hero health scores through consistent partner engagement and reinforcement of product value.
• Provide updates on customer feedback, progress, and features or benefits delivered.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and optimize contract value.
• Scope and adjust contracts to accommodate flexibility, expansion, and licensing needs.
• Discover cross-selling opportunities within adjacent Space Force programs alongside the Space Account Executive.
• Communicate customer feedback to Product teams and advocate for enhancements specific to the Space domain.
• Track and report on KPIs, including retention, hero health, time-to-value, and adoption success.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align customers with future objectives.
• Champion customer needs within internal teams.
• Balance time-to-value with gross profit margins during initial contracts, while maintaining margins across the Space domain.
• While preferred experience or qualifications are noted, no specific mandatory qualifications, education, certifications, or years of experience are required.
• Capability to manage customer retention, satisfaction, adoption, advocacy, account expansion, and reporting for Space-domain mission partners.
• Proficiency in conducting quarterly business reviews and facilitating retrospectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product teams and Space Account Executive teams.
• Skill in tracking KPIs, including retention rates, hero health scores, time-to-value, and adoption success.
