This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with mission heroes to ensure their satisfaction and alignment with mission objectives.
• Maintain minimum revenue retention by proactively addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and fostering engagement.
• Guarantee a smooth onboarding process and quick time-to-value for new customers.
• Encourage the adoption of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions.
• Conduct retrospectives after achieving time-to-value and share insights gained.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for solutions that fulfill both immediate and long-term goals.
• Monitor hero health scores through consistent partner engagement and reinforcement of product value.
• Provide heroes with updates regarding feedback progress and new product features or benefits.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and maximize contract value, adjusting contracts when necessary.
• Develop flexible contracts that facilitate expansion, prioritizing licenses when feasible.
• Spot cross-selling opportunities in adjacent Navy programs and collaborate with the Navy Account Executive.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Product team and advocate for enhancements tailored to Navy needs.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including retention, hero health, time-to-value, and adoption success.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align with customers on future objectives.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal teams to promote mission success and satisfaction.
• Balance time-to-value and gross profit margins during initial contracts, ensuring margins are maintained across the Navy domain.
• Experience or qualifications pertinent to customer retention, satisfaction, account expansion, and relationship management.
• Capability to address customer needs and resolve issues swiftly.
• Ability to ensure a positive onboarding experience and expedited time-to-value.
• Competence in promoting the adoption of products and solutions.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer solutions.
• Skill in identifying account expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Navy Account Executive teams.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting KPIs, including retention rates, hero health scores, time-to-value, and adoption success.
• Experience in conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Ability to balance time-to-value with gross profit margins.
