Mission Director – Cyber

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture relationships with mission heroes to ensure their satisfaction and alignment with mission objectives.

• Achieve minimum revenue retention by addressing customer requirements, resolving issues, and fostering engagement.

• Guarantee a seamless onboarding experience and swift time-to-value for new customers.

• Encourage the use of Defense Unicorns’ products and solutions.

• Conduct retrospectives after the time-to-value milestone is reached and continuously refine the process.

• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer solutions.

• Monitor hero health scores through consistent partner engagement.

• Provide updates on customer feedback progress and the features or benefits delivered by products.

• Discover account expansion opportunities and enhance contract value.

• Design contracts for flexibility and growth, giving priority to licenses when feasible.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities with the Cyber Account Executive in adjacent Cyber programs.

• Communicate customer feedback to Product and advocate for enhancements specific to Cyber.

• Monitor and report on KPIs including retention, hero health, time-to-value, and adoption rates.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews to align on future objectives.

• Advocate for customer needs within internal teams.

• Balance time-to-value with gross profit margins during initial contracts and maintain margins across the Cyber domain.

• Proven experience in customer success or account management roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity products and solutions is a plus.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
