This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the operational aspects of programs within the Army Domain for the Federal Business Unit.
• Ensure customer retention, satisfaction, long-term success, and growth within the Army sector.
• Develop and sustain relationships with Army mission partners.
• Achieve minimum revenue retention by addressing customer requirements, resolving issues, and fostering engagement.
• Support the onboarding process for Defense Unicorns products and solutions customized for NGC2.
• Encourage product adoption to fulfill and surpass mission objectives.
• Conduct retrospectives upon achieving time-to-value and share insights gained.
• Advocate for customer interests and maintain high hero health scores.
• Provide updates regarding feedback progress and new product features or benefits.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, optimize contract value, and adjust contracts for new scopes.
• Design contracts with flexibility and expansion in mind, prioritizing licenses whenever feasible.
• Discover cross-selling opportunities within adjacent Army programs alongside the Army Account Executive.
• Communicate Army customer and user feedback to Product for enhancements specific to NGC2.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as retention, hero health, time-to-value, and adoption success.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align on upcoming goals.
• Champion customer requirements across internal teams.
• Balance time-to-value with gross profit margins during initial contracts and maintain margins post-value realization.
• In-depth knowledge of the NextGen C2 (NGC2) initiative.
• Familiarity with the NGC2 architecture and its converged data layer.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with Army mission partners.
• Proficiency in addressing customer needs and promptly resolving issues.
• Skills to facilitate onboarding and encourage product adoption.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to Army stakeholders.
• Competence in identifying account expansion and cross-selling opportunities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with Product teams and the Army Account Executive.
• Experience in tracking and reporting KPIs related to the Army NGC2 program.
