This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop a high-volume migration pipeline by fostering relationships within the legal customer sector
• Create account strategies and plans tailored for each target account
• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients, promoting their transition to the SaaS platform
• Handle incoming inquiries from customers regarding the SaaS offering
• Provide web-based presentations and comprehensive demonstrations of the software
• Follow up with clients following the initial consultation
• Work collaboratively with Sales Operations, Senior Executives, Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams
• Organize, manage, and finalize complex sales cycles
• Educate customers on the advantages of the SaaS platform
• Meet and surpass individual migration targets
• Project migration activities and revenue retention through effective utilization of sales tools
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in selling software/SaaS products in a full-cycle sales role
• Prior experience in upselling software sales solutions is advantageous
• Experience in a software sales position, successfully closing deals with short sales cycles (transactional)
• Proficient in enhancing relationships with current customers
• Previous experience in a software sales role, client success role, and/or payments sales role
• Ability to execute multi-tiered sales processes involving SaaS, payments, and retention
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven sales environment with quotas
• Exhibits professionalism and can work independently in a remote setting
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment focused on delivering results
• Committed to consistent follow-ups, particularly in a high-volume context
• Skilled in communicating and building relationships with C-suite executives, understanding high-level executive decision-making
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred
• Possesses a strong sales “hunter” mentality
• Proven track record of achieving goals
• Shows empathy towards customer concerns
• Quick to learn
