Mid/Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional talent on a global scale.

• Specialize in technology recruitment and sourcing across international markets.

• Assist in developing scalable recruitment processes.

• Enhance Talent Acquisition processes to make a significant impact.

• Collaborate in person during the annual company gathering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on tech recruitment.

• Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Strong expertise in international sourcing, especially in the US, Europe, LATAM, and other prominent tech markets.

• Proficient in using ATS platforms and various recruitment tools.

• Familiarity with AI recruitment or the wider AI ecosystem.

• Experience with employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously in a high-trust setting.

• B2B contract preferred, although other options will be considered.
