Middle Feed Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee primary risk management for live sporting events, managing bet flows and monitoring customer actions to safeguard margins.

• Evaluate customer betting behaviors and market patterns in real-time to detect any suspicious activities, fraud, or attempts at arbitrage.

• React to live sporting events and urgent news by modifying odds, match limits, and risk parameters as necessary.

• Manage match publications, booking schedules, and limit settings across provider consoles and internal trading tools.

• Set up and oversee third-party provider consoles like LSport, adjust templates, interpret data feeds, and address functional data errors.

• Handle technical tickets and operational requests from internal teams and B2B partners within designated response times.

• Gather and organize trading data to enhance, test, and classify internal trading software and reports.

• Address live trading challenges by generating technical tickets, devising workaround solutions, and ensuring match uptime.

• Assist junior traders and new team members with daily processes and console troubleshooting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 months of experience in a sports trading or feed trader role, or advancement from a Junior Feed Trader position.

• In-depth understanding of sports trading fundamentals, odds fluctuations, betting markets, and risk management frameworks.

• Capability to make quick, independent decisions and manage risk during high-pressure, real-time live events.

• Practical experience with third-party provider consoles such as LSport, overseeing match bookings, and configuring templates.

• Expertise in analyzing sports market data, recognizing suspicious betting patterns, and utilizing anti-fraud tools.

• Strong analytical skills with a working knowledge of Excel and data sorting methodologies.

• Proficient written communication skills in both Ukrainian and English.

• Nice-to-have: agility in identifying new live trading opportunities and monitoring competitor margin strategies.

• Nice-to-have: experience in training or assisting new traders with operational workflows and platform consoles.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with creating structured tickets for product teams to enhance internal trading tools.
