Middle Business Central Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and support solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform tailored to business requirements and user functional specifications.

• Design and maintain AL extensions, including integrations with external systems and services.

• Engage in architectural design for new modules and functionalities.

• Streamline existing Business Central processes.

• Configure business logic, data processing workflows, and automate ERP processes.

• Test, troubleshoot, and modify solutions in response to business or regulatory updates.

• Ensure code quality aligns with internal standards.

• Document modifications and implemented solutions.

• Provide technical assistance to key users and address Business Central incidents and requests.

• Collaborate with analysts, system administrators, and other teams to integrate Business Central with Power BI, DMS, payroll systems, and additional platforms.

• Take part in implementation projects for new companies, adapting the system to comply with local regulations, currencies, and reporting standards.

• Suggest technical enhancements, optimize system performance, and support the scalability of ERP architecture.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the company’s ERP architecture and integrations within the first 90 days.

• Complete initial support and development assignments.

• Collaborate effectively with analysts and users.

• Recommend initiatives for code enhancements, automation, or integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with the cloud version of Business Central.

• Proficiency in AL (Application Language).

• Familiarity with the BC / NAV object model, encompassing tables, pages, reports, events, and subscribers.

• Experience in creating extensions, including handling Events & Subscribers.

• Understanding of finance, sales, and purchasing business processes.

• Skilled in Visual Studio Code and AL Extension.

• Knowledge of SQL for data navigation, table analysis, and testing purposes.

• Fluent in Ukrainian.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
