Mid .NET Developer – C#, SQL Server, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using C# and .NET technologies.

• Design and create REST services and APIs with ASP.NET Web API.

• Work with SQL Server and T-SQL, including queries, Stored Procedures, and optimization.

• Address incidents and corrective and evolutionary requirements of existing applications.

• Participate in technical analysis, estimations, and solution design.

• Follow up on tickets, incidents, and requests for internal and third-party applications.

• Coordinate technical activities with software vendors, integrators, and support teams.

• Engage in unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

• Collaborate on deployments in development, testing, and production environments.

• Document developments, configurations, and relevant incidents.

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.

• Assist in identifying and resolving performance and stability issues.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, architecture, and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.

• Middle / Semi Senior level of seniority.

• Strong experience in C# development.

• Familiarity with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core / .NET 6+.

• Experience with ASP.NET Web API.

• Knowledge and experience with Entity Framework.

• Practical experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.

• Experience in developing and working with Stored Procedures.

• Proficient in Git.

• Understanding of integrations through REST APIs.

• Basic knowledge of AWS, ideally with exposure to Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.

• Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of enterprise applications.

• Experience working with applications developed or supported by external vendors and providing technical follow-up on incidents.

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
