This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Cultivate robust, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients while acting as a trusted advisor.
• Gain insights into customer challenges, pinpoint expansion opportunities, and promote the adoption of WorkWave solutions.
• Propel growth within assigned accounts by effectively positioning WorkWave solutions, including WinTeam ERP, Timegate, integrated payments, and Wavelytics.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure enduring partnerships and account vitality.
• Facilitate QBRs and account planning sessions to align strategic priorities and uncover operational gaps and expansion prospects.
• Provide customized product demonstrations in collaboration with Sales Engineers.
• Oversee the complete expansion sales cycle, from needs assessment to negotiation and deal closure, including the preparation of sales agreements.
• Maintain a pipeline of whitespace opportunities and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual ARR targets.
• Ensure precise forecasting, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management within Salesforce.
• Work together with customer success, product, and sales engineering teams to ensure effective deal execution.
• Adhere to MEDDPICC sales methodology best practices.
• Monitor quota attainment, activity targets, QBRs, account plans, and multi-product expansion.
• Consultative, relationship-first selling approach with the ability to grow existing accounts.
• Strong business insight and capability to identify client challenges and align them with solutions.
• Self-driven, organized, and resourceful in generating expansion revenue.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing ARR quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex client organizations.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Salesloft, and sales enablement tools.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC methodology or other enterprise sales frameworks.
• 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales/account management, preferably with enterprise accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings and company conferences.
