
Mid-Market Account Executive – DACH/UKI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify and manage leads, creating a pipeline that is 3–5 times the target within the designated territory.
• Finalize business agreements with organizations that have between 51 and 1000 employees.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and provide quarterly updates in the CRM system.
• Strategically plan the territory while offering necessary sales support.
• Seek opportunities that generate both short-term and long-term revenue.
• Regularly network to attract and influence partner sales, enhancing partner relationships.
• Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring proactive engagement for demand generation.
• Maintain regional partner plans by aligning partner strengths with accounts and identifying target opportunities.
• Monitor the flow of inbound and outbound leads between partners and Bitwarden Sales.
• Share channel pipeline and forecasts with Bitwarden sales leadership.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on events, programs, and campaigns.
• Develop and implement joint partner business plans that demonstrate measurable success.
• Establish financial targets for key partners and ensure their accomplishment.
• Drive various channel initiatives across technical, professional services, and sales functions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-8 years of experience in outside high-tech IT sales.
• Experience with IT security products is preferred, but not required.
• Background in a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of fostering partner growth and generating revenue.
• Knowledge and strong connections with SMB and SME-focused resellers and MSP partners across multiple states.
• Ability to cultivate effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels within partner organizations.
• Strong leadership skills, along with the ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in teams.
• Excellent listening, writing, and public speaking skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Experience in channel leadership, including teaching, enabling, and motivating partners.
• Established relationships with leading VARs and integrators.
• Consistent history of meeting annual quota targets, including details of key customer successes.
• Competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth, and matrixed environment.
• Positive track record in collaborative selling.
• Proficient in CRM tools, G Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
