Mid-Level Systems Analyst – Payroll-Linked Credit Squad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess, improve, and implement financial systems and solutions by discerning business requirements and converting them into functional and technical specifications for execution.

• Examine incidents and challenges, aiding in root-cause analysis and contributing to the reliability and accessibility of solutions.

• Recognize and suggest ongoing enhancements to systems and processes by reviewing existing functionalities, integrations, and potential improvements in collaboration with business, product, and technology teams.

• Enhance delivery quality by assisting in the definition of acceptance criteria, conducting functional and technical validations, user acceptance testing, and implementation follow-up.

• Create and keep current comprehensive functional and technical system documentation, which includes requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, and other essential information for system enhancement and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or familiarity with financial/banking systems, ideally involving credit products, financial journeys, or integrations with financial systems.

• Background as a Systems Analyst, encompassing requirements gathering and analysis, functional and technical specifications, system integrations, user acceptance testing, and application support.

• Experience in participating in system implementation and enhancement initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary Product, Business, Development, Quality, and Infrastructure teams.

• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, data mappings, and system specifications.

• Understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server, with the capacity to execute queries, analyze data, and assist in problem investigations.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture, including concepts related to system integration, API contracts, requests/responses, HTTP status codes, and authentication protocols.

• Knowledge of tools for API analysis and validation, such as Postman or similar platforms, to assist in integration specification, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Awareness of Agile methodologies, with experience working in squads and engaging in refinement sessions, planning, user acceptance testing, and delivery follow-up.

• Ongoing or completed higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
