Mid-Level Recruitment and Selection Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for strategic and leadership roles.

• Perform competency-based interviews and behavioral evaluations, including the administration of tests.

• Establish and execute attraction strategies, encompassing active sourcing and market analysis.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline and oversee recruitment workflows.

• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring consistency across all phases of the process.

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to grasp the needs, challenges, and requirements of the position.

• Keep hiring managers informed about the status of recruitment activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders at different organizational levels, including coordinators, managers, and directors.

• Create assessment reports and professional insights to aid hiring managers in their decision-making.

• Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.

• Prepare offers for successful candidates and relay information for the onboarding process.

• Conclude requisitions, ensuring that candidates receive constructive feedback.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

• A personal laptop is necessary to execute job responsibilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is required.

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles is preferred.
