Mid Level .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop backend services and APIs utilizing .NET and Azure technologies

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of cloud-native applications

• Engage in the development of distributed systems and event-driven architectures

• Team up with engineers to produce high-quality software solutions

• Implement engineering best practices throughout development, testing, deployment, and monitoring

• Play a role in the creation and progression of scalable, secure, and robust software solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in backend software development with C# and .NET

• Practical experience with ASP.NET Core APIs and a solid understanding of microservices

• Experience in developing or supporting applications within Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of messaging systems and asynchronous communication patterns, especially Service Bus

• Proficient in relational databases, ideally SQL Server

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB

• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

• Knowledge of automated testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration concepts, such as Kubernetes or Service Fabric

• Insight into application monitoring, logging, and observability practices

• Awareness of software design principles, clean coding practices, and maintainable architecture

• Understanding of secure coding practices and software compliance standards

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong collaboration skills with fellow engineers

• Proficient in English (speaking)
