Mid-Level Logistics Analyst, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily processing of order releases for invoicing, managed in batches by the distribution center.

• Confirm inventory availability by reconciling internal controls, the logistics operator’s system, and ongoing replenishment shipments.

• Detect blocked or pending orders, investigate their causes, and manage the resolution process to ensure release.

• Establish service priorities when inventory is insufficient to meet full demand, utilizing documented criteria.

• Serve as the main point of contact with the outsourced logistics operator regarding picking, shipping, and discrepancy-related tasks.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Tax, Supply, and Transportation teams to address invoicing challenges.

• Engage with internal stakeholders about deadlines, unresolved issues, and potential rescheduling.

• Track operational incidents, ensuring they are documented, assigned to the appropriate personnel, and resolved within set deadlines.

• Analyze recurring issues and recommend root-cause corrective actions.

• Calculate and monitor operational KPIs, including order-book fulfillment, pending orders, processing lead time, and stockouts among key customers.

• Maintain and standardize operational controls across various distribution centers.

• Prepare analyses and reports to assist in supervisory decision-making.

• Act as a technical resource for cell assistants.

• Assist with workload distribution, coverage for absences, and training of new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in distribution logistics, order management, B2B customer service, or customer operations.

• Experience overseeing B2B order books, including deadlines, delivery schedules, and specifications from key customers.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including handling large datasets, utilizing pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data matching, and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Practical understanding of invoicing and tax documentation relevant to operations, such as invoices and interstate transactions.

• Experience collaborating with outsourced logistics operators or carriers.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Preferred: background in environments with multiple legal entities and distribution centers.

• Preferred: experience in delivery logistics for the pharmaceutical sector.

• Preferred: knowledge of the cosmetics, healthcare, food, or another regulated-product industry.

• Preferred: familiarity with the Bling ERP system.

• Preferred: proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.

• Preferred: experience with structured incident management or SLA-based customer service.
