Mid-level Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in hearings

• Compose appeals and strategic legal documents

• Oversee caseload management

• Advocate for clients in court and track case developments

• Facilitate settlement negotiations

• Manage medium- to high-complexity judicial and administrative issues in Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor law

• Draft administrative defenses for regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other oversight bodies

• Strategically oversee contentious litigation

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (law degree)

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience

• Significant experience in hearings

• Strong background in Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor law

• Proficiency in managing medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative cases

• Experience in preparing administrative defenses for regulatory bodies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other supervisory agencies

• Proven experience in the strategic management of contentious legal proceedings
