Mid-Level Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Register and offer corporate assistance for legal entities while coordinating corporate changes.

• Develop and revise corporate and holding-company policies.

• Prepare and oversee contracts with vendors, suppliers, charitable organizations, and other counterparties.

• Provide legal support for establishing bank accounts and structuring corporate relationships among companies.

• Conduct legal research to inform decisions and mitigate legal risks.

• Collaborate with the compliance department, engage in KYC processes, and audit products including landing pages, App Store, and Google Play.

• Analyze, create, and revise privacy policies while ensuring compliance with GDPR and CCPA.

• Register trademarks, safeguard intellectual property rights, and formalize rights related to content and code.

• Identify and assess legal risks associated with products and prepare recommendations to minimize them throughout the development process.

• Complete a test assignment, technical interview, and final interview as part of the recruitment process.

• Expertise in corporate law: registration, support, and restructuring of legal entities.

• Proficiency in legal research and analysis for informed business decision-making.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and related privacy policies.

• Strong background in contract law.

• Legal English proficiency at B2+ level.
