Legal Services Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assist with supervised legal services under the direction of a Managing Associate.

• Enhance legal, analytical, and document review capabilities.

• Acquire insights into workflows that support private equity, capital markets, and other specialized legal service areas.

• Engage with legal technology and AI-driven workflows.

• Participate in a structured part-time internship while pursuing university studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current law student or a recent law graduate in Mexico.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

• Solid understanding of legal principles and the structure of legal documents.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing.

• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn.

• Willingness to adhere to the agreed schedule alongside academic commitments.

• Comfortable with learning new technologies and following structured processes.
