Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain REST APIs utilizing C# and .NET (versions 6 and 10), structured into layers such as controllers, services, domain, and infrastructure.

• Enhance and support existing .NET 6 applications while facilitating the transition to .NET 10.

• Model data and execute migrations using Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL, employing Dapper and optimized SQL queries when performance is critical.

• Document API endpoints with Swagger/OpenAPI and develop automated unit and integration tests for backend functionality.

• Create screens and components using React and TypeScript within the NX monorepo, ensuring a clear distinction between shared code and client-specific pages.

• Transition functionality from the legacy frontend (Create React App) to the new Vite shell, ensuring both versions operate concurrently during the migration.

• Integrate frontend with APIs, overseeing state management, error handling, form validation, and optimizing screen performance.

• Implement automated frontend testing using Jest, Vitest, and Testing Library.

• Gradually release changes by client and environment utilizing feature flags.

• Assist in the delivery lifecycle, which includes Bitbucket pipelines, Docker images, and GitOps deployments through ArgoCD.

• Engage in code reviews and support the ongoing enhancement of architecture, code quality, and development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or in-progress degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Proficient in C# and .NET (6 or newer) for building REST APIs, including dependency injection, middleware, and environment-based configuration.

• Advanced expertise in Entity Framework Core (migrations, relationships, query optimization) and familiarity with Dapper or raw SQL data access.

• Understanding of relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, including data modeling, indexing, and performance evaluation.

• Familiarity with sound architecture and design principles (SOLID, layered architecture, DTOs) and API security.

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, covering hooks, state management (Redux), routing, and lazy loading.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and component-based development, with an emphasis on accessibility and responsive design.

• Experience with automated backend testing (xUnit, NUnit, or similar) and frontend testing, along with Git and code review practices.

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach.

• Basic proficiency in English for reading technical documentation.

• Familiarity with monorepos (NX) and Vite.

• Experience in migrating between .NET versions and modernizing legacy systems.

• Knowledge of multi-tenant or white-label architecture.

• Experience with feature flags and observability (logs, metrics, and tracing).

• Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.

• Background in technology firms, consulting agencies, or service providers.
