This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, document, and maintain DocuSign functionalities utilizing DocuSign eSignature, CLM, templates, envelopes, PowerForms, Connect webhooks, REST APIs, identity integration, workflow configuration, and reporting.
• Set up eSignature and CLM templates, workflows, APIs, envelope routing, data mappings, webhooks, and agreement lifecycle integrations.
• Convert business, mission, security, accessibility, and operational needs into effective technical solutions.
• Assist with platform architecture, backlog refinement, implementation planning, release readiness, and production transition activities.
• Create reusable patterns, configuration standards, automation, documentation, and support procedures.
• Diagnose complex issues related to platform configuration, code, data, APIs, identity, security, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, data, infrastructure, QA, and change management teams.
• Maintain technical documentation, including design decisions, implementation notes, test evidence, and operational runbooks.
• Facilitate digital agreement workflows, eSignature, CLM, document generation, workflow integration, and secure transaction automation.
• Partner with government stakeholders, architects, engineers, product owners, cybersecurity, operations, and business users to transform requirements into platform capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in hands-on platform development or integration.
• Practical experience with DocuSign implementation, configuration, development, integration, testing, or operations.
• Experience collaborating with Agile delivery teams and translating stakeholder requirements into sustainable technical results.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of DocuSign capabilities, implementation patterns, administration, development, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with APIs, identity and access controls, data management, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and release coordination.
• Proficient in documenting technical designs, configuration decisions, operational procedures, test outcomes, and associated risks.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Preferred: DocuSign certification, CLM implementation training, Salesforce certification, API integration certification, or similar platform credentials.
• Preferred: Experience supporting federal government IT environments, Public Trust programs, or regulated enterprise delivery.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Section 508, cybersecurity, auditability, data protection, and operational documentation standards.
• Preferred: Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, or platform release automation.
• Preferred: Understanding of NIST controls, FISMA, FedRAMP-authorized services, audit evidence, and least privilege principles.
• Preferred: Experience enhancing platform governance, reuse, documentation, observability, and operational readiness.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Atlassian, Snowflake, data catalog, CRM, or enterprise integration ecosystems.
