Mid-Level Developer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and support applications while ensuring adherence to software coding and design best practices.

• Execute features in alignment with both business and technical specifications.

• Play a key role in the ongoing enhancement of solutions.

• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to establish solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to overcome technical obstacles.

• Facilitate process automation, encompassing CI/CD and automated testing.

• Guarantee the quality and efficiency of all deliverables.

• Operate as needed across one or more domains: backend, frontend, or full-stack.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or a degree in any field coupled with a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum 360 hours).

• Proven experience in software development, with expertise in at least one programming language.

• Understanding of API development.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Proficient in Git version control.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Awareness of software quality best practices.

• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD processes.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and active listening skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and effective time-management skills, with a focus on results.

• Demonstrated proactivity, adaptability, a commitment to continuous learning, and a strong sense of accountability.
