Mid-Level Delphi Developer – Agribusiness Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in team meetings to comprehend, discuss, and allocate requests, establishing the execution sequence based on the priorities of the requesting departments.

• Perform technical analyses in accordance with the specified requirements.

• Collect information from the support team, if needed, to enhance understanding of the request.

• Create Delphi solutions derived from the analysis conducted.

• Ensure compliance with business regulations and programming best practices.

• Conduct testing and simulations to verify feature functionality.

• Assemble test versions and distribute them to the validation team.

• Guarantee that deliverables are appropriately version-controlled and well-documented.

• Support the support team with inquiries regarding system processes and routines.

• Aid in the development of customized reports based on client requests.

• Undertake additional role-related tasks as required by the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Delphi development.

• Basic understanding of relational databases, specifically Firebird and Oracle.

• Acquainted with Clean Code principles and Design Patterns.

• Familiar with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
