⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis.

• Expertise in business process analysis.

• Capability to engage stakeholders, collect requirements, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support corporate strategy.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Figma, and Jira.

• Understanding of BPM methodology.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams (Agile/Scrum).

• Preferred: background in banking or financial institutions.

• Preferred: experience with credit card products.

• Preferred: knowledge of corporate banking.

• Preferred: understanding of core banking, including checking and savings accounts.

• Preferred: knowledge of core banking related to credit and lending.
