Mid-Level Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage actively in hearings

• Draft appeals and develop strategic pleadings

• Oversee and manage a caseload

• Represent clients in court and track proceedings

• Facilitate negotiations for settlements

• Address medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative issues within Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor law

• Prepare administrative defenses for regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and other oversight entities

• Strategically navigate contentious litigation

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in participating in hearings

• Extensive knowledge in Regulatory, Tax, Civil, and Labor law

• Proven experience managing medium- and high-complexity judicial and administrative issues

• Proficient in crafting administrative defenses for regulatory agencies, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and oversight bodies

• Juris Doctor degree

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
