This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Take ownership of comprehensive business analysis for the engagement.
• Gather, analyze, and structure requirements from business, regulatory, and technical stakeholders.
• Convert client objectives into precise, actionable specifications.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, business objectives, and implementation details.
• Assess existing systems, processes, and data flows.
• Create and document system integrations, dependencies, risks, and the impacts of proposed changes.
• Prepare and sustain business and solution documentation, including business requirements, functional and technical specifications, process models, and user stories.
• Lead workshops and discussions among business, IT, and client stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Validate delivered solutions against requirements and the intended business value.
• Assist with UAT and issue resolution throughout the implementation phase.
• Act as a liaison for the team with client stakeholders on daily analysis matters.
• Elevate strategic or scope decisions to the Product Manager.
• Organize and execute analysis work within an Agile delivery framework.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems/Information Analyst, with a background in financial services (banking, lending, or similar).
• Strong structured and critical thinking skills: capable of deconstructing complex, ambiguous issues into clear, actionable requirements without losing sight of overall objectives.
• Exceptional stakeholder-facing communication in English (both written and verbal); confident in engaging directly with client stakeholders.
• Proficient in requirements modeling and documentation, including BPMN and/or UML.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and general data literacy, adequate for exploring and validating data during analysis.
• Background in system/integration analysis, understanding how data and processes flow across systems and recognizing dependencies.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation abilities, capable of aligning stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while being genuinely receptive to feedback and willing to adapt to an established team's standards and practices.
