Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications according to business and functional needs.

• Create custom CRM features, including plugins, workflows, business rules, entities, forms, views, and dashboards.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Dynamics CRM development frameworks.

• Customize and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, to facilitate business workflows and automate processes.

• Configure and extend Dynamics CRM modules while ensuring compliance with Microsoft best practices and enterprise development standards.

• Create custom plugins, workflow activities, JavaScript components, and server-side extensions as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with functional teams and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

• Diagnose application issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and performance enhancements.

• Engage in CRM upgrades, deployments, testing, production support, and release management activities.

• Ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.

• Prepare technical documentation that outlines solution architecture, customizations, integrations, and deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–15 years of comprehensive software development experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.

• Excellent programming skills in C# and ASP.NET.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps.

• Experience in developing Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, views, and business rules.

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, security roles, solutions, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and relational database concepts.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Experience with Angular or modern frontend frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations, APIs, web services, and third-party enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Ribbon Customization and Dynamics CRM command bar customization.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft cloud technologies.

• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment practices.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be considered a plus.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and complex CRM implementations.
