Merchant Services Account Executive – Business Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Promote credit card systems and support services tailored for business clients.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

• Cultivate and sustain connections with clients.

• Assess client needs and suggest suitable services.

• Address customer inquiries related to internal products, services, and credit card processing operations.

• Oversee, gather, and report on sales metrics.

• Collaborate with sales channels to ensure swift referral of leads outside the target market.

• Engage with Business Banking Relationship Managers and Treasury Management Officers for partnership opportunities.

• Discover payment solution prospects for businesses generating over $2 million in annual revenue.

• Travel frequently within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in Merchant Services/Payment Processing sales is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

• A university or college degree is generally required, along with less than one year of professional experience, or the successful completion of a formal development program.

• In the absence of a degree, a relevant combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be accepted.

• No specific certifications are required.

• No specific licenses are required.

• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.

• Must not need employment visa sponsorship; PNC will not offer sponsorship or engage in STEM OPT for this role.

• Must meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and, for registered positions, the SAFE Act and/or FINRA requirements.
